اليوم ، ستقوم بإحماء طويل ولطيف ، ثم ستستمع إلى أغنية جديدة من إقليم الباسك (المنطقة في جنوب فرنسا وشمال إسبانيا). لغة الباسك هي مزيج بين الفرنسية والإسبانيا والأغنية تتحدث عن طائر وحب وحرية. لا تحتاج إلى شيء سوى الجسم النشط وأذنيك مفتوحتان.
